Fit Tip #2: Healthy Party Dish – Apple Almond Dip

In today’s bonus Fit Tip I’m gonna share my favorite party dip – it’s healthy and delicious!

I call it Almond Dip…I know, fancy, huh? Just kidding. But, seriously…it’ really easy to make, it’s mostly mixing.


  • Natural Almond Butter (about 2 cups)
  • Greek Yogurt (about 2 cups)
  • Mix ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Serve with sliced apples

Serve it like chips and salsa…but way healthier!
How easy is that?! I made this for Superbowl this year and it was such a hit! It’s like my signature dish now. People like it because it’s sweet, but not gaggy, and it’s all healthy ingredients.
It’s also great in smaller portions as a mid-day snack, I’m just saying.
