Teresa Jackson is the Founder and CEO of Lean On Me Coaching.
Prior to becoming a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Teresa spent thirty-five years in corporate healthcare, working in various strategic growth positions.
After a Parkinson’s diagnosis in Feb. of 2019, Teresa noticed that many people living with Parkinson’s had a similar experience as she did at the time of diagnosis: there was little to no education and they were left to figure Parkinson’s out on their own.
This realization, paired with Teresa’s healthcare background, motivated her to create Parkinson’s Pathway Pals (PPP).
